DRESUP Refund & Return Policy

At DRESUP, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality press-on nails and accessories, but if you're not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

• Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

• No refunds will be issued for change of mind or personal preference.

Important Disclaimer

Please note that minor wear and tear caused by normal use — such as surface scratches, fading, metal discoloration or oxidation due to exposure to air, moisture, skin oils, or other environmental factors — is considered a natural characteristic of the product and not a defect.

Additionally, as many of our nails are handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, or shape may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or replacements.

Return Timeframe

Since our products are not intended for resale, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at service@dresup.com.
In your email, kindly include the following information:

• Your Order Number

• Reason for the return

• Clear product photos as supporting evidence 

• Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

All returned items must be inspected and verified upon receipt before any replacement or refund can be issued.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., swapping styles or sizes).
